My ID was taken forcibly + ban

During a certain point of time, I logged in into my account and I couldn't get through! I tried to retype my ID and my password but nothing happened except some error and denial for signing in. WTH!

Okay, after that, I tried to use Kakus feature called "forget password". It didn't work. I attempted three times. That was it! At this point, I already assumed that somehow my ID was not in my possession. It was morning. And I gambled going online at my Yahoo Messenger (YM). Thankfully, one of my saviour was online. I texted him and demanded his help, which he gladly accepted. Then, I sent personal message (PM) to one of English Forum moderator. He just ascended to be the newest moderator in English Forum. He replied that I needed to provide some evidence that my ID was stolen and some data to recover it back. Meanwhile, as I was chosen as one of enthusiast in English Forum and this special tag hold some responsibility, my ID was banned. Hmmm...I think it was for three days but provided that the recovery time was longer than that, the moderator suggested that my ban should be prolonged until a month. I was okay with that. So here I present you my banned ID:

Not long after my banned period, I made a new ID hahaha! That was for catering some needs in English Corner Regional Yogyakarta thread, since I'm the thread starter there. Long story made short, my Id was recovered and my friend suggested a new strong password. Some theory was flocking around the time my ID was stolen. They weren't nice stories :P.

ECOREY Gathering 2nd (December 2011) - Part 2

Hi, so we meet again in my Part 2 review about our second gathering (#^.^#). As you can see in Part 1, we just had our first phase of gathering: watching movie and now, the story will resume into our second phase.
I was worried about FB. He was lost somewhere.
I loved the movie but I couldn't enjoy it since I should take care of the newcomers and made sure they were not stranded and strayed somewhere else. Some of them didn't recognize Movie Box Gejayan (even though I already put the map in the thread). Every a minute or so, I checked my cellphone whether there was new message or not. They couldn't come in time therefore we already started the movie before they arrived (>_<).

Okay, so after we finished watching the movie, we marched to Waroeng Steak and Shake 200 metres from the Movie Box Gejayan. I just noticed that FB hadn't arrived yet, so I contacted him several times during the marching. After taking the reserved seat, we started ordering the menu. Gosh! I don't have much experience with managing a group of people and the restaurant ambience didn't help me either. This...has become the evaluation of the second gathering! Don't hold English gathering in the noisy and crowded place. The motivation of holding such an offline meeting is about chatting, discussing, conversation - pack it all together - in English. Therefore, such situation we faced now rendered us impossible to establish condusive conversation :(. Okay, that's for my evaluation. Thank you, Guys :D.
"Okay, I guess my seat is in the corner", muttered Big D.
I barely talked and knew further about Oom Aan. I like this guy, he's cool. I just knew that Clink was a sheepish boy and he still felt awkward joining the conversation. Alund is a proud boy and he was willing to introduce himself. He is like my saviour since he had that tons of eagerness to improve himself. You know what, he practiced his English skill - even in rather Redneck language, but hey...I do count that as an improvement. Frenky and Awan was also a shy boy. I didn't get to know much about them, but all I know was Awan is a military student. Keima didn't talk much. I believe his English speaking is decent, but he came to the restaurant to eat. He said that bluntly (and I didn't blame that hehehe). Mbah Jafar, one of Regional Yogyakarta activist also joined us this time and he addressed me with 'Miss' hehehe. how sweet was that! Dion is a nice guy and also love to have such an offline meeting even though this was his first time. Big D sat in comfy fashion in the corner and puffed his cigarette (^^)y---. Oh...and I was glad that FB finally came. He emerged from the ground floor and greeted us with his proud and smug smile. His hair was wet and he acclaimed himself, he just wake up and had a shower LOLWUT. It was already past noon, FB...(_;).

"Hmm...what shall I order?", thinked Oom Aan and Awan.

I didn't have a chance to speak to JC, Aya, Agus, J and Sis Wet since they sat in another corner of the table. We had a long table - well technicaly a couple of tables lined together - and my voice couldn't reach the other corner. Aya looked a little bit unamused back then, but I hope JC and Agus could lift up his mood. In the end of the gathering, we took the detour again. I had a chance to walk and talk with Bidadut, he has pink tag: DJ Kaskus Radio. He said that his ID name means 'biduan dangdut'. Hahaha! This guy has a style. We parked our motorcycles and cars near Moviebox Gejayan. We took some pictures in front of the place and I love the effect J got after he instagramed the picture (you can check the picture in HERE). Crazy thing happened: I just knew that JC walked from his house to Movie Box. Hmm...I know that he is green guy, but hey...that was wicked walking all along from Jalan Kaliurang KM-what until Jalan Gejayan. It was a very long distance on foot, JC! So I suggested FB to give JC some lift. JC had already left so we tracked him down. What a swift feet you had, JC (^_^);.

"Hmm...I come here to eat", said Keima.
Oh, have I told you earlier? I picked Sis Wet and we rode the motorcycle together. For some months, she underwent some law class and training in Yogyakarta. She is Jakarta native and stayed in one of boarding home somewhere near Jalan Palagan Tentara Pelajar. She usually attended English Forum gathering back then in Jakarta . She got the chance to meet Orthanc and also ID. How envious!

I knew our biggest hurdle in holding such gathering with lot of participants was concordance of the conversation. We can't (although we should) following the edge of the table conversation. So finally, we broke into smaller group conversations. We can't avoid this. I knew, we might want to reserve a better place for next gathering in order to maintain some group discussion.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience about the place and the menu m(_ _)m (Aya complained a lot about this). We'll try to improve it in the next gathering. We accept every single advice, criticism and excoriations for further improvement. Please support us! Any review about the movie, the artists, the food, the place, the time etc are more than welcomed! (≧∇≦)/

Invitation: English Corner Regional Yogyakarta Gathering December 2012

Speaking of which, hello, guys and gals in Ecorey Realm.
I'd like to announce about STD.
But this STD I'm talking about is not about that infamous sexually transmitted disease. This is about save-the-date issue.
As you may already knew, JC will take a detour to Yogyakarta during this Christmas and wish us to hold the December gathering at December 22, 2012.
Therefore, I encourage you all to save the date (and SAVE THE MONEY) for celebrating the occasion.
We will hold the event at Break Resto and Coffe.

Ruko Casagrande No 108, Ring Road Utara Yogyakarta

And...we will make the event a little bit thematic.
You can dress up and go all out. From the swamp creature, mythical beast, wandering knight or just the boys next door (get your shirt and a pair of blue jeans).
You don't have to force yourself to do that, but a speck of costumey gear won't hurt, I guess.
For your information, you can get santa headband for IDR 10K or santa hat for 20K. You can text me to have those items. Oh...Aya will dress as the sparkling vampire BTW.
You can send me sms to ask about the detail. You can also drop any comment and discussion in this blog. The related thread is here: http://kask.us/11677634
Please join us and have a melodramatic moment with us.
See you guys and gals \(≧∇≦)/.

ECOREY Gathering 2nd (December 2011) - Part 1

Picture's credit goes to J. This one has been instagramed ^_^.
I'm a myrmidon, there's a thing that should be done.
Though it seems like a ton, little by little it will make a tone.

Hmm...actually, there was an single thread of the invitation, but it was vanished into I don't know where. Yup... Since it was our second gathering, we wanted to get more people joining us. And I didn't regret doing that. Yes, I posted that in Regional Yogyakarta and the thread was swarmed with not-so-important posts :) - or that was what I thought. But...without that, I don't think I will meet some new guys. Most of the posters in my invitation thread weren't even seriously considered himself to come. I knew, as long as they were doing some happy posting so why I should bother about that. Several new faces and become semi regular included Alund and Mbah Jafar. I never consider Big D as a new face in Ecorey, so whenever he was summoned then that is his semi final form. Hmm...alright, let's continue to the field report, shall we? (^_-)~☆

I'd like to say thank you to God, who make this event happened; everyone participating in this event, not only for the 17 chosen noble knights who fights along the war, but also the deuteragonist characters; our steel horses carried us on our way; all cameras for documentation sake and . Thank you it wasn't rain!

We watched 'Rise of The Planet of The Apes'. This movie was good IMHO. In fact, this was the second gathering, but we already got so many participants. I'm glad and grateful! I will post the gathering into two parts since it will be long field report. And here I present you the first part. The second gathering comprised of two phases. The first one was watching movie phase, and the second one was eating and general chit-chat.

The participants (order alphabetically):

You guys will prefer pictures than words, so I will flood this post with them. And I'm glad we have decent camera for documenting the moment. Thank you, J's camera.

JC and Aya in first love!
Waiting for further instruction :D. Keima looked so serious. Oom Aan withstood some urge to say 'banzaii'.

Twin peace! Alund and Bidadut were really in harmony.

We just finished watching 'the Planet of the Apes II'.
Le-Ri: Clink | Alund | Bidadut | Agus | Frenky | Awan | Dion | Oom Aan
"Un! I'm comfortable sitting next to you". Who did say that? Guess who :D.
Marching to the next battlefield: Waroeng Steak

I picked up Sis wet at about 0930, luckily found her settlement immediately. I was having trouble with my hairstyle . Impressively, Clink already hopped on MovieBox (he was the first person ever presented at the meeting point - this is my first thought). After brief "hi", we entered MovieBox, settled and secured the cinema. Not long after that, K3ima-kun (Keima for future reference), dokmil.keskud (Frenky for further reference) and Awan appeared from the thin air. Wait a minute, there was already a perky guy sitting aloof in the corner, guess whoooo? He is Aan. The actual very first person to appear in the meeting point. Hhaha!

Okay, so the shop attendant asked or urged us to start the movie. I stood still hoping for other participants who in fact came later after the movie already started. Oh well...And then, one by one they came. JC appeared to be the last person ever happened to come to the theater. He walked for your information! AS for our honorable participants, FakeBlood (FB), he as always appeared the very last minute, he came directly to the Waroeng Steak, with all his waxy hair and smug face :. I was glad he already took a bath. I swore will bald his hair if he forgot the D-day for the gathering (not that I was angry to you, FB).

And how about our adventure during the second phase of gathering? Well...you guys need to wait for second part. See you~~

ECOREY Gathering First (November 2011)

Finally, we get to the main stage (huh?)! The first English Corner Regional Yogyakarta (ECOREY)'s offline meeting. This was the invitation I put in the English Forum Gathering in the Room 113:

INVITATION
Resurrection Gathering: Co-join Between EFor Gathering and Regional Yogyakarta
Hello, everyone!
So, here we are, invite all participants at EFor Yogyakarta Gathering that will be held on:

Day: Sunday; November 27, 2011
Time: 1200 - 1500 WIB
Venue: Feskul (Festival Kuliner); Jl. Kaliurang km.6,4 (Kaliurang)
Agenda: Introduction, Random Chit-chat, Launching English Thread at Regional Yogyakarta
Contact person: Yukikawaii
I already booked the place for the designated time. For those have decent camera, please bring along with you for fun and documentation sake. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
And behold! This was the field report (FR):
FIELD REPORT
Resurrection Gathering: Co-join Between EFor Gathering and Regional Yogyakarta]
I was bullied by the participants to release the field report________.
THIS GATHERING IS ENGLISH FORUM AND REGIONAL YOGYAKARTA JOINED FORCES

So we had our very first English Corner Gathering. The participants were (alphabets order):

Agusetia (http://www.kaskus.co.id/member.php?u=734463)
AyaConDioz (http://www.kaskus.co.id/member.php?u=1347658
jchristie (http://www.kaskus.co.id/member.php?u=1055697)
Jibril (http://www.kaskus.co.id/member.php?u=50733)
mr_dorapong (http://www.kaskus.co.id/member.php?u=790981)
PO.Budiman (http://www.kaskus.co.id/member.php?u=1955852)
Yukikawaii (http://www.kaskus.co.id/member.php?u=3140678)

We held our gathering at Feskul (Festival Kuliner) Jalan kaliurang KM 6,4 Yogyakarta from 1200 - 1500 (more and less).
xFakexBloodx was not being able to attend because he completely forgot . Just after I phoned him, he said, "Astaga-astaga-astaga, I FORGOT!". Oh, well, he also had his own event with his family so I assumed he won't attend, which in case was true (please come for the next gathering).

Jibril managed to brought along one of the elder called AyaConDioz (forgive me to spell your name wrong ) to attend the gathering. Coming in order from the start: Yukikawaii, then came Jibril and Aya (ihiiiiiir) and Agus waiting me outside. Not long after that, PO.Budiman came, oh wew, I didn't know it was you because you introduce your name in different Kaskus ID. He came with scooter. After that, I called mr_dorapong, which in fact was taking a bath. No wonder it took about four rings before he picked up the phone.

Jibril asked whether we can change seats because the room I reserved was non-smoking . Okay, since Jibril and Aya and the cigarettes are truly soulmates, couldn't help then. Okay, we changed seats. Not long time later, mr_dorapong came, hmm, gained weight from the last time I saw him in the first Jakarta English Gathering ______. We started jotted down our menus. Agus and Aya didn't order anything but drinks. "Are we still waiting someone?", asked Aya. "Yes", I replied, "We are waiting for JChristie who working at Grobogan". "Where is Grobogan anyway?", added Aya. "Errrr...I believe it's at Jawa Tengah ", responded me sheepishly (because I'm also not sure where is Grobogan :( Spare my geography). We did random chit-chat, and then JChristie came. Hoo... the participants were complete. When he first send me SMS, "Walking to Feskul, ETA 20 minutes. How many people already?", he was literally saying WALKING! He is a green man, love walking.

The place was decent, but without mentioning the humidity and the weather that day....even though the fan was kept maximum to its effectiveness and efficiency. I think FesKul need improvement regarding to the convenience department. But we live in tropic country, what else do we expect (OOT!). For me who happened to have my first gathering, I think I'm good with this one because the participants are enthusiast to the event. Oh, yeah, we also launched English thread at Regional Yogyakarta: [eRYe] English Corner . If someone asked about why the name is English Corner? Easy peasy. It was because we made the thread at corner and the adjudicators were happened to be at the corner too (refer to the pictures below) .

Okay, enough with the blabbing.
Now, I presented you the long lasting awaited photographs . Agus did most of the shoots. I think we should took moar pictures! Next time probably.

Spoiler for First Gathering:

This is the previous TS and the now TS

From left to right: JChristie, PO.Budiman, mr_dorapong

From left to right: mr_dorapong, AyaConDioz, PO.Budiman, Yukikawaii, Agusetia, Jibril, JChristie

You know...I personally think offline activity can enforce and elaborate some profundal things. Co-join and strengthen our bond-ship. Oh, my I think I did a lot of typo and new (my own) vocabulary. I personally think everyone has superb speaking English casually. Not minding about constructing a sentence. Just let it flow. Thanks to JChristie that the topic is going everywhere and for the camera and for the notebook. Oh, also for PO.Budiman (the bus looks tough) for the notebook, without you, we can't reserve page one. I wrote the FR real-time and released it real-time (...bullied .

Thank you! Thank you all. I couldn't believe we made our first gathering. Well, I believe maintaining this will be harder, need perseverance and endurance, but please-please-please, always support us.

FAQ

Do you use English all the time when holding your gathering?
Pfffft! Of course, that is the core language for this gathering. We strictly used English, everybody was encouraged. But I sometimes defied it.

Who is the most fluent speaking English?
Pfffft again! You asked the very wrong question. You should asked who is having the most dangling sentences and peculiar intonation.

Okay...okay. Who is that person?
Hmmm.to tell you the truth, it's meeeeeeeeee! Yukikawaii. Pondering that I have runny and congested nose, droopy and watery eyes because of common cold, then it's no wonder.

Hmmmph! So it's mean you're only being narcissistic and avoid to admit that you are not fluent!
 this discussion is going nowhere. I'm also trying to practicing my speaking there.

Pffft! Are we discussing? I thought it is about FAQ.
:hammer:

History of Ecorey (Part 4) - Actually it's My Own History pfffft!

Banana costume - always in the right time, place and occasion. Versatile Costume!

So the times finally bring us back to the time I joined Kakus. Why I joined Kakus? There's no solid reason for this, but I want to sell my batik dress at that time. Kakus was just a great forum for me back then and bring a lot of potential to pull out my selling idea. Soo...I just left a little hesitation when I registered Kakus (I already knew that Kakus was swarmed by pornographic contents). I just lurked around some forums and became a silent reader there. My favourite forums were Lounge and English forum. From then, you guys can predict it easily why I was granted with the ability to write some non-chalant essays (?) just like this.
My next strategy for reinforced my English skill is of course...dominating English Forum khehehe~
Off the record: My first encounter with Lounge forum gained my post count rather quickly. Un...for noob, Lounge is the best place for leveling and is overwhelmed by various degree of threads. I wouldn't tell you the varieties, you guys shall check them out yourselves. You can do junk posts in Lounge; the other top three forums for leveling and executed junk posts are Donatur Lounge, Regional Forum and Jokes Forum. Trust me, if your aim is posting like you will break or bleed your fingers, those top four forums will serve you well. But, if you choose quality over quantity, hmm...I think we talk about different thing. One thing to remember, Ecorey serves both of that aims, whether you want to get quality and quantity posts, you can just hop on the thread. Do I sound exaggerate thing? Hmm...you can say that way, but you who haven't even post in Ecorey, I demand your attention to take a peek about our lively and dynamic thread once a little while.

English Forum, I feel like home for the first time I joined Kakus. Maybe the posters there are more civilized than the other forum. Hahaha! It must be my first time join such a free forum. Once they know I'm a girl, the users are like Bowtruckle hogging doxy's eggs. They even didn't verifiy whether I'm a real girl or not. Pffft! They also didn't verify whether I'm a nice or hot girl. Pfffffft! In English Forum, most of the posters are English gurus and masters. Ambrosiana, is a nice and friendly girl. I started to love her. I met with others too, including the regulars, enthusiasts, and moderators. Of course, for the first time, I learned about troll and trolling a forum. It wasn't nice experience but once it was finished, we could laugh at it.

During my lurking time in English Forum, I found out that there's an effective method to fortify, improve and hone our English skill, especially in speaking department. It was called offline meeting or gathering - those two word are exchangeable anyway. Ooohhh...my body shiver in ecstasy. How cool was that! Congregating in designated time and place with some special English posters in English Forum, enjoying some quality time with virtual but going to be real friends, and finally, establishing good speaking skill - my speaking skill was rather dull and need some improvements. I'm lack of practicing. And then, I asked the thread starter of English Gathering in English Forum - his ID is Orthanc - when the next gathering would be held. He was sooooo busy. I could understand that and told me if I wanted to make the gathering myself and he would support me technically and morally.
So saaaad...

All of English gathering were hold in Jakarta, which would render me impossible to attend, due to distance and fare issues. Sigh...but Orthanc Kuma (that's my nickname for him, no disrespect intended) told me that several posters in the thread were originally from Yogyakarta and encouraged me if I wanted to hold the gathering in Yogyakarta. So, after had some warm discussion via YM with Mod Orthanc, the previous English Enthusiast, I started to get my butt up searching potential participants from Yogyakarta. I also strategically registered to Regional Yogyakarta, since that was the prerequisites to be allowed to become the regular there. I skimmed those 100 pages thread (at that time) one post by another to find anyone - any remnant of them. I got several of them. You want to know the list? What you don't want it? I will post it anyway:

mr_dorapong | retnodenok | badaklipet2 | Agusetia | Jibril | milkaholic88 | agpower | niaks | SpartanGreen | andyk02 | writer.seal | adeedz | BarBitch | jchristie |  PO.Budiman | xfakexbloodx | orang_dongo | adeedz | dikanewbie93 | divineloveless | ihsan30954 | viendetta | AyaConDioz | creamypuff | masnyo2

Wow! Plenty of potential participants <3!

Hmmm...that will make long vertical list, don't you think? I sent PM to all of them. Several of them replied me, several others didn't. Those who replied were enthusiastic about the idea, several apologized they wouldn't be able to participate since they already moved to other places or cities. To make a long story short, the first batch who was willing to participate were mr_dorapong, Agusetia, jchristie, jibril, PO.Budiman, xfakexbloodx, and Yukikawaii. Funny thing then happened when the D-day of the offline meeting was launched, xfakexbloodx (I will refer him as FB for future reference) forgot about the first date huahuahua! Instead he had a fun time with his family. Hmm...at least if he didn't have fun with us, he had fun with his family. Ohh....another thing, I met Jibril (I will refer him as J for future reference) for the first time when he accompanied me meeting with the regional leader (RL) of Regional Yogyakarta, his ID is FNF. My mission was to get RL permission to establish brand new English thread in Regional Yogyakarta - of course, with me as the thread starter. The previous thread starter, J, said that there should be regeneration and I was okay with that.

So we returned to the D-day of the destined offline meeting, one by one emerged from the darkness, from the thin air, from the panzer tank and from the moving platform (what on earth I was talking and writing about). Oh, for you who wanted to know the detail about the story of our first resurrection gathering, you can check my next post. See you there!

History of Ecorey (Part 3)

Watching movie together: One Does Not Simply...
As you guys has already read from the previous posts about the notorious (hah?!?) struggle five young guys (I kept telling myself to have some word variations), you must be wonder - or not - why on earth those martyr (again hah?!?) were willing to sacrificed their virtual existence in Great Kakus? (*puke). M2, one of the founding fathers once told me, in the drizzle night one day. He didn't realize it before long, he just unconsciously felt comfortable, convenience and came into revelation: this is my home - or something heartwarming like that :). I didn't recognize the previous forum, J, OD, Divine, M2 loved to hang out, but Aya said that he loved to lurk around HD movies thread. He is movie addict - western movies especially.

They could share anything in English thread, converse almost any topics, throw sarcastic jokes and discuss about live. M2 ever said this to me, "You know, once we had an one-day-capslock-and-red-font day. It was self explanatory, the posters in the thread had to post everything all in capital and red font. For those who didin't understand and familiar with the pact, they will simply thought we were quarreling or mocking over something. That was hilarious and I concur with that. You see, for making it more interesting and kill some boredom, sometimes we just need to make a variation. And I think that way is brilliant. Woohoo! Ecorey is full of crazy guys with wicked idea!

During that time, they also held an offline meeting or gathering. I didn't know who kicked the idea first, but J was the one mostly organized the offline meeting. But the gathering itself was still sporadic and lack of management. The documentation was also lack of finesse  (Hmpf! Recently, I also have been slacked of the documentation myself). Sadly...the documentation of the first generation has been vanished into nothingness. Once, I saw that Ecorey held a 'lesehan' gathering hahaha! I wish to post the picture, but I couldn't find any of them...

The History of Ecorey (part 2)

Hola (^o^)!
For this time, I'd like to continue telling you guys the chronicle of Ecorey. Last time, those five men struggled hard showing their thread and their own existence. What will be the most favourite topic for five men full of testosterone? Of course it will be overwhelming sharing of woman and the derivative stuffs.

Those two were the founding fathers of the first generation of Ecorey. the other three, Masnyo, OD and Divine, I couldn't get the pictures - and both of them prefer to be an anonymous. The first generation of Ecorey explored almost everything they could. At the night, the thread would become some hardcore place for sharing 'pretty dangerous' stuffs, but those evidence would be annihilated during the breaking dawn. Aya told me that he got his ISO in English Lounge. ISO is a certain level you can get in Kakus. You gan give GRP (good reputation point) or BRP (bad reputation point) from that day onward. You shall have 2000 solid posts - whether they were meaningful or meaningless in the Kakus realm. Now, with that information, one can comprehend that those guys were wicked! Two thousand posts in a single thread...how crazy was that! Acute junker ( ̄ ̄;). And then, the thread was closed in days count, leading into another part of English Lounge thread. The threads I was talking about didn't exist anymore. To date, I doubt that those threads were still intact in Kakus archive. That's sad. That's why I made this blog. To keep reminding the reader and myself, that such an era had ever existed.

During the dynamic and lively live of first generation of Ecorey, several IDs were come and gone. Several remarkable IDs other than those five guys are Big D, tofani, dikanewbie, ngg...who else? Please remind me...
I haven't even existed in Kakus realm, so I just got those story from those live sources. I hope I can tell you another history about the transition phase from the first generation into second generation. When referring first generation and second generation, I'd like to introduce you about thread starter system. The first generation of Ecorey was being guarded by J (Jibril) and the second generation by me. The first generation didn't have direct correlation with English Forum (http://www.kaskus.co.id/forum/113/english), whereas the second generation has such relationship (⌒▽⌒). I will write about the story of second generation later. Please waiting for it, Everyone~~

The History of Ecorey (Part 1)

Woohoo! (≧∇≦)/ I actually don't really know what I would like to write today since I lost my draft. But since I promised to continue Ecorey's history, then let's start the chronicle. This part of story I got was delivered directly from the founding father of old Ecorey: J, Masnyo, and Aya. The others two; Divine and OD couldn't get in touch to tell me the whole story since both of them are the allies of shadow. They loves to move in the shade of the light. It's not that they are shady characters or something, but I barely knew about their physical appearance. Well....I met Divine once but that once encounter hasn't brought me strong impression toward his personality. Hahaha! As usual, I tend to give a long prologue before move to the topic of story. Likewise Divine, I haven't met so called OD. Aya only told me that OD is a geek with glasses and moldy cardigan. Five of them are the founding fathers of Ecorey nowadays .

English thread . Some people call that thread an English forum, English room, English corner, English Club and whatsoever English. Those threads originally are rooted from the mighty English Forum moderated by el_stupido, ID* and Orthanc (new moderator). Yes and yes! English is an unique language. Some people say English is a cup of tea and a piece of cake. They enjoy speaking, talking, chatting, mocking, bullying, mating, cuddling with English (^o^) . Where some others said English is difficult, hence they feel reluctant to express anything in this international language. It's like a snowball effect, for people lacking that confidence to improve and hone some writing expression, their English skill will tremendously suck up eventually. Un. Slowly but sure.

As a matter of fact, language is like breathing or dressing. Once we forget how to breath, we will die - well...start from hypoxia first. But I'm not sure there's people who can self-induced hypoxia. And once we forget how to dress, we will get naked. Hahaha! So basically, you need to breath and dress in order to continue your live. Whereas English forum was swarmed by top notch English gurus, masters and suhus; it will be a matter of time the forum will lack of so-so English user (just like me ohoho!). I don't know who start that idea first, but establishing English affiliation with regional is a brilliant idea! I shall congratulate the pioneer (o).

Okay, back to the Ecorey history. Long long time ago, Regional Yogyakarta didn't have an English thread. And then, five brave and rebellious men unified and vow together to establish an English thread. But the struggle to make such a holy vision was hampered by some atrocious stake holder in Regional Yogyakarta. Oh well...not a single effing was given back then ( ゚ Д゚) . Haters gonna hate, so this five men keep going with their attempt. Futile? Aha, not at all. Soon, that thread became very popular for its obnoxious and persistence style. Nyahaha...I think what I explained was pretty contradict each other (^_^;). This famous thread often - or should I said always - stayed in the first page of Regional Yogyakarta. Those five men were determined to bring the thread into another part in several days. Victory or death! By the way, for your information, whenever a thread reach 500 pages or ten thousand posts, the robot in Kakus called hansip will automatically locked the thread. Hence, changing part one to part two in DAY counts was wicked plan. Gotta junk them all....with class!

Would their attempt be fruitful? We shall wait for the next post then. I wouldn't commence a barrage to suppress a boredom from wall of text. Oh God, once I started to put my ten finger into keyboard, they won't stop dancing. Is that a good thing? Oh well...till we meet again next post, Everyone~

PS: I love cat, so expect cat floods during my posts :P

Why I Made This Blog!

Who loves history? Please raise your hand now?! Anyone? Oh well, if there's none other than I loving history, then I will self talk about this now. First of all, let me tell you something, I wasn't the pioneer in making English thread in Regional Yogyakarta. I didn't know who start that English thread in Regional Yogyakarta. The history itself is still buried in the darkness since there was no solid evidence about the thread itself. Anyhow, this thread I'm talking about was located in a phony and dainty forum so called Kaskus (http://kaskus.com) but I'd like to refer it as Kakus for now and then. Who is with me?

Okay, Kakus undergo some major changes which can endanger some of my pre-existing threads, so I need to make a back-up. I've made a back up in Latihan Posting Forum (haha!) but now it was gone. Oh, thank you, Kakus, you're genius! So I make another back up in Facebook (FB) - only several photographs, so why not blog? I meant, you need to have Kakus account in order to reply something or FB account in order to see what's happen in Kakus. Oh well, FYI, I'm the thread starter in Ecorey so for the time being, I need to update some news now and then. And voila! I think everyone can access blog since it's public! You can refused to make FB account, but you can read some articles freely via blog. Gee...I don't know whether I can take care and nurture this blog tomorrow, but hey...at least I have shown some good deeds toward the documentation of Ecorey's gathering. Now please keep in touch with this blog, will you?

I will continue the history of Ecorey in the next post. For the time being, I encourage to all of you to post in Ecorey. You can post almost anything there ^_^. You can find the thread in here: http://www.kaskus.co.id/thread/000000000000000011677634/96799675967996759679-erye-english-corner-96799675967996759679/. Crazy link, eh? So tasteless and heavy to load! The search feature is dull now. You barely find anything there haha! Oh, and the overposting feature. Wow, that's hot feature, you know!
The infamous Kakus feature (bleargh!): OVERPOSTING!
